Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

All calls are live and recorded.

*If under any circumstances you cannot show up to the call, please email me a condensed version of your dream by the morning of your booking. I will then read it during the start of your booking and provide the interpretation during the remaining time within your spot and send you the recording link. Additional questions beyond the session scope require a new booking.

Late arrivals within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled booking will not be extended beyond the allotted time. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes are considered no-shows, with no refunds, time extensions, or rescheduling available.

You'll receive the recording via email on the same day as your booked session. Please download within 24 hrs of the email being sent, as recordings aren't stored long-term.

The sliding scale exists to support accessibility while also ensuring I can sustain my work; for this reason, the Wood-level contribution is offered in limited spots each season. Please choose the Wood Level tier only if it genuinely reflects your circumstances, as selecting it may prevent someone else from accessing this price point.

WOOD LEVEL

Suggested for individuals who cannot afford the other contribution options, and through community care, the Wood Level has been the most subsidized. This level of subsidized pricing is currently used up until March 2026.
