In contrast, Western frameworks often treat duality as opposition, justifying extraction and reinforcing conflict. New Age “love and light” ideals, rooted in this thinking, frequently fail those on the margins, offering privilege masquerading as spiritual truth.

In my practice, Taoism and spellwork meet in the pursuit of balance. Whether for blessing, healing, hexing, or uncrossing, the balance of Shadow (Yin) and Light (Yang) honours this harmony. Witchcraft can be good, bad, or neutral, depending on its intent and use, for instance, a return to sender spell may be seen as healing, but can also be categorized as a hex. When you learn with me, whether as a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you’ll sharpen your skills with an eye toward ethics and meaningful balance.
