INTEGRATION

I've been resisting the integration of two very real sides to me: One side is the mystic, the shamanic intuitive, the witch who works with plants and hears their whispers. The other side is the "science geek". The one that biohacks and loves what technology can offer for humans. The one that is a neurofeedback practitioner. Both expressions of me are to support you in your re-membrance, in your re-awakening, in re-plugging into your source of power. I am a healer and teacher in both expressions. Yet, I've kept them mostly separate.⁣

ABOUT MIMI

Hello! My name is Mimi Young, and I’m a Taiwanese Canadian animist spirit medium, occultist, and the founder of Ceremonie, servicing Los Angeles to New York and Vancouver to Toronto, teaching occult studies, as well as providing dream interpretations and spirit guidance services. Being an inheritor of Gongfu Tea and trained artist-designer, my work also incorporates the esoteric art of Tea and culture.

My mystery school combines animist folk magic with Taoist principles, offering occult courses on light and shadow spell work, divination (including cartomancy, the I Ching, and Chinese astrology), psychic development, necromancy, and witches retreats. I also operate an online magic shop carrying handcrafted magic supplies and ritual tools, including conjure oils, ritual incense, and Aura Mists to aid in protection spells, money spells, and return to sender (to name a few). Ceremonie’s Skin Care line is designed with occult science principles to enhance psychic sensitivities while leaving your skin moisturized, balanced and radiant.

I collaborate with brands such as goop and the Salem Witch Festival, and am also a poet, SEO copywriter and business strategist, and stylist. Based in Vancouver on the ancestral traditional lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, Ceremonie gratefully serves a global community, while remaining rooted in animist, decolonizing perspectives and intersectionality.
