Hello! My name is Mimi Young, and I’m a Taiwanese Canadian animist spirit medium, occultist, and the founder of Ceremonie, servicing Los Angeles to New York and Vancouver to Toronto, teaching occult studies, as well as providing dream interpretations and spirit guidance services. Being an inheritor of Gongfu Tea and trained artist-designer, my work also incorporates the esoteric art of Tea and culture.

My mystery school combines animist folk magic with Taoist principles, offering occult courses on light and shadow spell work, divination (including cartomancy, the I Ching, and Chinese astrology), psychic development, necromancy, and witches retreats. Based in Vancouver on the ancestral traditional lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, Ceremonie gratefully serves a global community, while remaining rooted in animist, decolonizing perspectives and intersectionality.
