SACRED SKIN + CYCLES on Bowen Island

  • The Well on Bowen 589 Artisan Lane Bowen Island, BC, V0N 1G2 Canada (map)

**Back by popular demand**

The winter holidays are around the corner and what are you doing to nourish yourself before the hectic weeks of the season? The Well on Bowen invites you to to a cozy evening of self care that relates to your skin and cycle:

Your skin is a mirror of your inner world - physiologically, emotionally, and spiritually. By extension, the kind of relationship you have with your skin is an indication of how you relate with yourself as a whole. Do you know your skin’s personal needs and genuine expression? Did you know that your skin, being the body’s largest organ, is asking to converse with you through its conditions? With Mimi Young, plant spirit medicine practitioner, we invite you to an evening to develop a foundation based on today’s understanding of skin science, determine what your skin truly needs through face mapping and other tools, learn how to nourish it with plant medicine, form practical beauty rituals, and discover how to harness the Moon’s cycles so you can bridge your own internal landscape with your external beauty. We will end the evening with a powerful, group shamanic journey.

Investment: $60. Includes workshop materials and Ceremonie Companion Booklet

Please bring: pen, notebook, a compact mirror (we will be learning how to face map!), eye cover or bandana, a pocket-sized crystal/stone, a rattle (optional)
