SOOTHING SORE MUSCLES BATH

Whether your muscles are aching from raking the yard, shovelling snow, or sitting at a desk for far too long, this healing plants bath can help relieve sore muscles and joint aches.

2 tbsp juniper berries
2 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp pine needles
1 tsp kombu
3 tbsp sea salt or Epsom salts

Place all the plant ingredients into a blender and pulse until it becomes a coarse powder. Mix plant ingredients with salt, and pour into the bathtub, or to reduce the clean up, place into a square of cheesecloth and tie it tight before adding it to bath. Draw your bath, and soak for 15-20 mins. These ingredients also work well for tired, achy feet in a foot bath, in which case, reduce the amount of plant materials as you see fit.
