Please note that all Ceremonie products and services are final sale.
We do not offer re-scheduling or credit for missed appointments. For reasons of hygiene and integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products or services.
Note that all orders are made to order by hand in ritual and are custom-blessed. To ensure quality, please allow at least 5-7 business days before your order leaves our facility to be shipped.
We ship within Canada, and out of Canada to the USA, UK, France, Italy, Greece, and Australia. Please note that Ceremonie is not responsible for duty, tariffs, taxes and other fees incurred for orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada. If you are outside of these shipping zones, and are wanting to place an order, please contact info@shopceremonie.com to inquire about the possibility that an order can be shipped to you!
We have selected Canada Post as our carrier to keep shipping costs affordable. Please note shipping estimates for parcel arrival dates are approximations and are not guarantees. Canada Post requires 30 days from the shipment date to open a lost shipment case and Ceremonie Spirit + Beauty assumes no responsibility for delayed or lost shipments.
