Originally offered as a live-stream to usher in the Metal Season, also known as the Autumn Season according to ancient Chinese traditions, the wisdoms and rituals shared in this pre-recorded e-course can be practiced and observed at any point of the year, especially when one is working with the Metal Element as an ally, or if one is navigating a Metal phase in their life.

The Metal Element is long found in the mythological, cosmological, and magickal landscape. In Chinese esoteric traditions, Metal is the phase that corresponds with the Autumn season, and corresponds to the direction of the West and Venus, since Metal speaks about values and what one cherishes most. In this e-course, Mimi Young, animist spirit medium shares how to approach and relate with the Metal Element as an ally, through these key Metal wisdoms:
