ABOUT MIMI

ABOUT MIMI

Mimi Young is a Taiwanese Canadian animist spirit medium and the founder of Ceremonie, an esoteric brand dedicated to guiding individuals seeking enhanced intuition and creative opportunities across transitions, beginnings, and the liminal space of the Unseen. Drawing from ancient Chinese practices, this comprehensive metaphysical approach is known as 巫 – Wu or Wuism. Her focus lies at the juncture of animism and Taoist-rooted spiritual traditions, offering private readings such as Shamanic Readings and Five Elements Zodiac Readings, immersive seasonal events, an online magic gathering space named Homing Coven, courses in practical witchcraft, and made to order occultic Skin and Aura care.

With a portfolio that includes collaborations with goop, Almost 30, Salem Witchcraft Festival, Spirit House Collective, Tokyo Smoke, and more, Mimi Young is also a writer, designer, and stylist.

For those seeking guidance, clarity, and effective education to refine psychic abilities, reconnect with the Unseen realms, and build meaningful connections with ancestral and spirit allies rooted in equity and integrity, Ceremonie stands ready to support. Clients describe their experiences with Mimi as safe, deepening, and life changing.

The Tao that makes Space and Time is infinitely vaster, bewildering, and more splendorous than our limited human perception.
It yearns to collaboratively regeneratively create with you, where together, you are invited to co-create new timelines from the Unseen into the Seen.

PRAISE FOR MIMI

"Very potent sensory experience for me throughout. I was in awe of the beauty and atmosphere of Mimi's home. Being present with our day activities including making pickled vegetables and floral soda, enjoying the delicious homemade lunch, and conscious rest time has allowed me to enter into reunion with my 5 senses."

Shengyin Gui

“Mimi is the real deal, and no matter where you are in your spiritual practice, she has the ability to create the best spaces, where you feel safe to grow and become who you are meant to be... powerful and confident.”

Mary Sandstrom

"Shortly after our spirit channeling session, in which I was told to seek grass and hills, I had a very surprising opportunity to purchase a grassy, hilly property, in Montana, with my partner. I would not have jumped in so readily if not for the guidance that came through in our session; I believe actually that the opportunity would not even have come my way if not for our session. The steps leading to it were all intuitive and magical. I sense this is the “in between place” that Spirit had told me could be waiting. In any case, I’m overjoyed and mesmerized by this new land relationship, and the power of engaging with Spirit."

Mara Cur

"I came to Mimi's writing retreat not exactly knowing what to expect but knowing Mimi's previous offerings, I had a feeling it would be so much deeper than I could have imagined. The magical thing about this retreat is that it shifts your relationship with words altogether. You come in thinking we'd spend time rearranging words or dealing with form in some way but instead you leave with words as your intimate friends that you can take on the life journey with you. Now that's magical."

Olena P

"The space. The company. The conversations and the food! It was such a nourishing and replenishing day. Thank you Ceremonie for holding the space and for feeding us!! ...Time slipped by like silk through the fingers."

Luyi Wang
