ART OF TAROT: Studies in Archetypal Language

  • The Well on Bowen 589 Artisan Lane Bowen Island, BC, V0N 1G2 Canada (map)

In this unique, day-long, intensive study of the Major Arcana, attendees will learn beyond what Tarot books typically cover. Through intimately understanding the Fool's Journey, emerge with depth, clarity, and skill that will ultimately allow for competent knowing of the Major Arcana, the foundation of the entire Tarot deck. Core shamanic journeying will be brought into the studies as tool to enhance and accelerate learning.

  • Discover the meanings behind the Tarot archetypes and the hidden secrets of the Major Arcana and the Aces of the Minor Arcana

  • Learn how to look for clues via the symbols contained throughout the cards

  • Learn how single cards can then create fuller meanings, and even shift in meanings when read in the context of other cards

  • Discern through uncertainty, confusion, contradicting meanings and “too much information”

  • Create a deep well of Major Arcana knowledge that you can access at any time, without needing to always consulting a book. This builds the foundation to then quickly and accurately learn the Minor Arcana later

  • Learn how to read effective, simple spreads with the Major Arcana alone

  • Uncover the wisdom your subconscious contains and is telling you via dreams, omens, and other signs.

  • The learning format includes lecture, discussion, shamanic journeying, and opportunities to practise Tarot readings with others throughout the day
