Join us for this instalment where the theme is Dream Anew.

Inspired by the Solar Wheel of the Year, The Wheel is an opportunity to take part in the ancient and universally recognized tradition of following the seasonal cycle of the changing year, and to support and accelerate our path within that cycle. Harnessing the unique, shifting energy patterns of the seasons into the present moment can noticeably benefit our sense of well-being, our careers, and our relationships. It can help initiate positive change instead of being at the mercy of the fears around change. By truly experiencing the present, we are open to purposeful and prosperous living.

The Wheel at Werklab is a unique blend of movement, plant medicine and simple ceremonies, which are inclusive, spontaneous, and capable of bringing us empowered understanding. Through this gateway, we can break free of outworn defaults, damaging dogma, and restrictive concepts to generate fulfilling growth, exciting opportunities, and a more integrated self.

Each 2 hour gathering will include sharing on seasonal attunement, followed by an interdisciplinary experience of auric cleansing, yoga movement, breath-work, meditation, plant medicine, sound healing, and ending with suggested rituals to practise at home. Each gathering will be co-led by Chantal Russell, registered holistic nutritionist and yoga director of The Well on Bowen, and Mimi Young, shamanic medicine teacher and ritualist of Ceremonie.

For December 5’s gathering, we will be exploring the power of dreaming as a creative tool to enliven and to envision. Harnessing the energy of Winter, this season is also likened to a time when the soul can respond to stirrings and nocturnal dreams. Through yoga movement, the use of contrast, and shamanic drumming, join us as we posture ourselves to experience boundlessness.
